Terra Creta Grand Cru Koroneiki EVOO is the result of a six-years project, aiming to reveal the real sensory profile of Koroneiki variety. We have changed the approach “from the tree to the olive mill” with the teams of farmers we collaborate with, by implementing innovative technics and by upgrading our olive mill. The result is even beyond our expectation. A very green, clean, harmonic, complex but pleasant sensory profile is our greatest reward.. It is produced from the farmers participating in the Terra Creta Olive Academy program, which is aiming to enhance the collaboration with the farmers and provide educational and "smart farming" tools for further improve the quality and quantity of produced Extra Virgin Olive Oil, always through transparency and environmentally friendly practices.
