Valentina oil is an organic extra virgin olive oil. It has a medium-intense fruitiness. It enters the mouth with a perfectly balanced bitter and spicy note. The spicy notes (spicy, chili pepper, green pepper) complement the bitterness, being very spicy. The bitterness is aromatic and constantly evolving, based on green almonds, then evolving into raw vegetal notes of arugula, cardoon, and chicory. There are also hints of green pepper and green artichoke. It is a very green/raw vegetal oil, balanced, complex, and long/persistent.
