This organic extra virgin olive oil represents the essence of our cooperative and the identity of our territory.

Around 70% of our production is organic, reflecting the long-term commitment of our farmers to a sustainable and environmentally responsible agricultural model.

Produced in the Los Pedroches Valley (southern Spain), this oil comes from traditional olive groves located in a unique landscape shaped by the Guadalbarbo, Cuzna, and Gato rivers, where olive cultivation coexists with biodiversity and natural ecosystems.

This EVOO is the result of the collective work of hundreds of farming families who preserve a model of traditional mountain olive groves, combining experience, respect for the land, and careful processing.

It is a balanced and harmonious oil, designed to express both the character of the territory and the natural qualities of organically grown olives.
