Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP, from non-watering traditional olive grove, very
low acidity (<0,2% acidity). First cold pressed. High level of polyphenols.
TASTING NOTE
Medium green fruity, notes of fresh grass, almond shell, apple, presence of
dry fruits, fresh, balanced bitterness and pungency, complex, harmonious
lasting end.
