An olive oil made in the first half of the campaign.Olive Blend: Cobrançosa,
Madural and Verdeal. A superior expression of Trás-os-Montes’ terroir.
Even being an olive oil from the ordinary campaign we believe on the
potential of this olive from conquering some international awards in 2018.
OUR AUTHENTICITY
Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP, from non-watering traditional olive grove, very
low acidity (<0,2% acidity). First cold pressed. High level of polyphenols.
TASTING NOTE
Light green fruity, notes of olive leaf, fresh grass, almond shell, some
presence of dry fruits, fresh, balanced bitterness and pungency.
