The Naturé Rich Olive Oil being offered this time has been co-developed with Oleoestepa, a specialist olive oil company from Spain. It features a blend of two types of early-harvested olives from the Estepa region, characterized by a rich sweetness and a vibrant retronasal aroma. Furthermore, it is an extra virgin olive oil that is perfectly balanced with a slight bitterness and spiciness. To maintain freshness and prevent flavor degradation, a "cold extraction method" is used, pressing the olives within three hours of harvest. Oleoestepa's unique special filter is also used to remove moisture while preserving important components.
