At approximately 450 meters on the southeastern slope of Mount Etna, we cultivate our flagship variety, Nocellara dell’Etna. Thanks to this exceptional area, the oil is of outstanding quality, with an intense fruity aroma and a rich, full-bodied flavor that lingers for a long time.
