OUR AUTHENTICITY
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, from non-watering traditional olive grove in DOP
region, very low acidity (<0,2% acidity). First cold pressed. Filtration by
natural decantation process. High level of polyphenols.
TASTING NOTE
Intense green fruity, notes of green almond hull, green banana peel, fresh
cut grass and olive leaf; remarkable freshness, complexity and harmony;
bitter and pungent with a lasting end.
