Magrille - 'Momenti Speciali' is an high quality extra virgin olive oil cold pressed. The Olives are processed within the 6 hours from the harvest. The Olive Oil is delicate with notes of green apple and fresh cut grass . It pairs perfectly with elaborated dishes but also with fish, perfect with raw vegetables and veal tartare. It is also a great complement to enhance the flavors of Japanaese dishes.
